S.R. Smith Sealed Steel Figure 4 Handrails - F4H-102-VG are made of high-quality stainless steel that has been covered in StressLess Vinyl. This protective coating is applied to eliminate corrosion and ensure that the rails stay cool to the touch even in extremely hot temperatures. It also makes the Sealed Steel Figure-4 Handrails ideal for use in salt pools and other harsh pool environments. The rails feature WetTraction technology along the length of the handrail that increases the traction on the rail when it is wet, preventing the rails from becoming slippery. Sealed Steel Figure-4 Handrails also include a rubber sealing cap on the end of the rails that completely seals off the inside of the rail from the outside environment. The Sealed Steel Figure-4 Handrails may not be used in heated pools or spas that have a water temperature greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
