Returns & Refunds

Return Window 30 Days

From the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Chemicals with broken seals are non-returnable.
  • Installed equipment (pumps, cleaners) cannot be returned.

The Process:

  • Email Support@PoolSupplyDelivery.com for an RMA number.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
  • 15% restocking fee may apply to large equipment.
