At PoolSupplyDelivery.com, we want to ensure your pool remains crystal clear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our 30-day return guarantee.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure chemical safety and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened Chemicals: Any chlorine, shock, or specialty chemicals with a broken seal.
- Installed Equipment: Pumps, heaters, or cleaners that have been submerged in water or wired into a power source.
- Custom Orders: Custom-cut pool liners or safety covers.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note:
- Restocking Fee: A fee of 15% may be applied to large equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) to cover inspection costs.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@poolsupplydelivery.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
