Pool Care pH Plus pH Increaser - 10 lb Pail raises the pH level, adds necessary alkalinity and reduces the acidity in your pool water. It clears cloudy water due to low pH and helps maintain a proper chlorine balance. pH Plus makes swimming pool water more comfortable by minimizing eye, skin and nasal irritations.
Usage: Using a test kit, determine the pH level of the pool and refer to the correct dose of pH Plus to sprinkle over the surface of the pool.
- pH above 7.2: None for 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 gallons
- pH 7.0 - 7.2: 3 ounces for 2,000 gallons, 6 ounces for 5,000 gallons, 12 ounces for 10,000 gallons, 1 lb 14 ounces for 15,000 gallons
- pH 6.8 - 7.0: 4 ounces for 2,000 gallons, 8 ounces for 5,000 gallons, 1 pound for 10,000 gallons, 2 lbs 8 ounces for 15,000 gallons
- pH below 6.8: 5 ounces for 2,000 gallons, 10 ounces for 5,000 gallons, 1 pound 4 ounces for 10,000 gallons, 3 pounds 2 ounces for 15,000 gallons
