This Pentair Whisperflo 3 Horsepower Energy Efficient 208-230V Single Speed Motor - 355016S is a direct replacement for full rated and uprated Energy Efficient Pentair Whisperflo model 011516 WFE-12.  You can also upgrade standard efficiency Whisperflo model 011583 WF-12 to an energy efficient motor by simply using this motor which is a great investment and will pay for itself over time.  Comes in Almond color.
