The Hayward CL200 In-Line Automatic Chlorinator is a great way to spend more time enjoying your pool, and less time maintaining it. The CL200 is efficient and maintenance-free. The CL200 is a durable, corrosion-proof automatic chlorinator that is ideal for new or existing pools or spas and work automatically with your pump and filter system. By using an automatic chlorinator you save time and also reduce the amount of manual handling for your pool’s chemicals. The CL200 Automatic Chlorinator features a dial control valve that lets you control and adjust the rate of feed, or chlorine output.

Always install the chlorinator AFTER your heater. Damage to the heater or filter may result if concentrated chlorine is allowed to flow through the units. An in-line positive seal check valve should be installed for units with a heater to reduce the backflow of chlorine gas when the system is shut off.

This unit comes with 1.5” female thread connections. If PVC socket (solvent weld) connections are desired you would need to order part number SP1500UNPAK2, socket flush union end connectors package. For threaded male and union connectors you would want to order SP1500UNMPAK1 male union connector package (two required).
