Description

The AO Smith 1/2 HP 115/230V 56C Replacement Motor features all copper windings, an auto protector, capacitor start, NEMA "56C" face mount, sealed ball bearings, a sealed switch design, 60 HZ, and a 303 stainless shaft (56J & 56C). This replacement motor is open drip proof, has a "1081" design, rotation (CCWPE), 50 degree C ambient, and a 304 Brg. shaft end. This AO Smith motor is not reversible. It is important to keep in mind that the total output (HP x service factor) of a replacement motor must equal or exceed the motor being replaced.
