Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 days after we receive your returned package in the mail.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. In order for us to receive returns at the warehouse, we need to provide you with a RGA #. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship most orders within 24 hours of order date or sooner during Monday - Friday. Some larger freight shippments may take 1-4 days to ship. You will receive communication when we process your order, when it ships with tracking information as well as progress along the way and when it's delivered.
