At Pool Supply Delivery - we work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online for the over 15,000 pool products we list online.
If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within sixty days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within sixty days of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply use the contact box below and ensure you send us the link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within sixty days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

- We do not believe in 'fine print' - so these are some details and guidelines but as you will notice; everything said is in the best interest of our customers as that's what we do in business; we serve our customers!
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible (unless you make that same purchase; these cases are rare to never but I can promise you that we will do everything in our power to ensure your happy!).
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
- The competitor must be an online store.
- If the website is a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.). We will be fair and research the same product you bought in their sold listings and average them out -or- if there is one for sale currently on those websites that is a 'buy it now', we will match that. Auction items we can track and we are happy to match the final sale price. We are 'fair' and this policy isn't a 'ploy' or opportunity to insert a bunch of 'but's' -- we are a straight forward company and believe in fairness and we guarantee the best price.
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question. (This is a important one as we work really hard to ensure we follow policies from our manufacturers and for good reason - ONLY authorized dealers who sell products will get a warranty. Any UNAUTHORIZED dealers selling these products; the warranty will be void. The other benefit of our good relationship with our vendors and manufacturers is we will support you before, during and AFTER the sale. Because of our relationships, we are supported more than other sites and therefore we can pass along that support)
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax. Again - this isn't a 'fine print' its just 'fairness'. We will compare the TOTAL Delivered price from the competitor vs the TOTAL Delivered price from us (Minus sales tax). *Note: If a company does not collect sales tax from you, its legally YOUR responsibility to pay the sales tax in the state you had the product shipped too. Even though in our experience issues here are uncommon; we can say 100% that we have experienced a handful of times where the state sent customer a demand letter for sales tax. We are a big fan of not messing w/ the Government. So we have your best interest in hand here.
